Welcome to Urban Soccer Manhattan's alternative outdoor & indoor soccer league dedicated to both men and women interested in playing either competitively or recreationally.
We provide the NY metropolitan soccer community with year round competition daily as our league continues to grow. Men, Coed, Women 5, 6, 7, & 8-a-side Spring season plays early March, Summer season in June, Fall season in September, & Winter Warrior in December at Pier 40, Chelsea Waterside Park, Sara D. Roosevelt Park & other venues mostly in lower Manhattan. Our Winter 5-A-Side Indoor plays weeknights & Sundays starting early Jan. - Mar. at various locations in Downtown Manhattan. In addition to our regular leagues, we also offer Sunday Pickup Soccer as a service to those looking to just come out & break a sweat in a more relax atmosphere. We also assist in corporate tournaments & youth clinics in the community.

The League schedules games, assigns referees, keeps standings, provides fields, game balls, official Urban Soccer shirts, and awards trophies to league champions and participants.

Soccer Resort NYC Summer Classic - Aug 1, 2009
Get your team photo taken, and it will appear on Setanta Sports Channel (National T.V!) a few weeks later.

Join the Soccer Resort at the Aviator in Brooklyn, NYC for an 8v8 outdoor tournament, with 4/5 games on some of the best turf fields in NYC, and complimentary beer (post tournament of course), sponsored by Carlsberg. We only have space for 50 teams, with Men’s, Women’s and Coed divisions – Open, Over 30’s and over 40’s.

And as part of our partnership with Setanta, if your team photo is taken at the event, you might get your team pic on Setanta Sports before a Premiership game a few weeks later. Make sure you sign-up early for the early bird special before July 4 – and there’s also great travel prizes – winning team captains get a complimentary hotel and tournament weekend in Las Vegas August 28/29 if your team travels on a full roster.

NYC 2009 - the price is the same as 2008 - $499 until July 4 for the Early Bird, increasing by $50 afterwards.
